Start: 5th & Harrison. Finish: Bell Harbor Pier 66
• Half Marathon Start Time: 7:00am
• Full Marathon Start Time: 7:30am

Join us as we spend the next three months getting ready for the Seattle Half Marathon! This is a beginner level training plan that you are welcome to modify to better meet where you are currently with your running. Join us on Saturday Mornings at 7am for the weekly long run and attend any of our weekly runs to help you ensure you are also doing the weekday runs as well. By the time November 30th rolls around, the hope will be that you are not only prepared to run a half marathon, but also have a bunch of new running friends, more familiar with the SGLRG events, have a consistent running routine and know the streets of north Seattle a whole lot better!
