Thrill Photography Project!

I am attaching a photo of where we will be dancing for the photo shoot Sunday.  Please be mindful of zombie make-up on the Seattle Center premises, keeping all blood or anything else you apply contained.

Original Message:

I received a message from Melanie Masson inviting us to take part in an exciting photography project in full zombie attire this Sunday, November 3rd, while doing Thriller.  If you would like to join us, please be at the International Fountain at the Seattle Center between 2:00 and 2:15 and plan to stay until 4:00, but we may be through before then.  This is for still photos, so we will dance to the slowest speed on my ipod to allow this photography team to get the best shots of us.

Sheri

The following message is from Melanie:

"We are excited to photograph the Seattle Thrillers' performance on Sunday 11/3 for the Seattle Gigapixel ArtZoom project!  Seattle Gigapixel ArtZoom is a side project of a small team at Microsoft Research, led by Michael Cohen. They have pioneered the technology behind high-resolution cameras that create panoramic images, zoomable to very fine detail. Now they want create a panorama of Seattle, but this time filled with Seattle artists and performers in action. Elise Ballard is managing its production, with myself and Amy Billharz helping coordinate artists for the project.  To read more details about the project, please visit the "About" section on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/SeattleArtZoom

Location: We have positioned your group on the lawn just northwest of the International Fountain in the heart of Seattle Center.

Weather: NWS is calling for cloudy skies and a 30% chance of rain on Sunday, so we are keeping an eye on the weather as we move forward. If it looks likely that rain will interfere with the shoot, we will update you via email and post on Twitter.

We encourage everyone to take lots of pictures and/or video of your performance. We will be setting up a social media location for participants to share pics or video with other artists."

Dress Code:  FZA (Full Zombie Attire)

Thanks for making this happen, Sheri. This was very cool being a part of being identified as part of the "personality of Seattle".
