Rehearsal October 7th

Rehearsal Saturday, October 7th, 1:00-3:00:

Rehearsals each week will be at the Queen Anne Community Center. We will practice in the first room on the right after entering the building. All rehearsals are free and will take place each Saturday at the same time through October 21st.

Please let the attendant at the desk know you are there for Thriller. There will be a rehearsal waiver for everyone to sign on a table in the room. Please sign it before you begin practicing with us. We will break down the moves then practice to the music on different speeds. Wear comfortable clothes and bring water.

Online registration will close on October 26th (link will be disabled). On the day of the event you will still need to check in, sign the waiver, and receive an arm band. We do not sell or share personal information.

Parking: There is unlimited free parking on side streets, and we are allowed to park in the McClure Middle School parking lot. The school is beside the community center. If you park along Queen Anne Ave N or in the Trader Joe's underground garage, it is still free but there is a 2 hour limit. If you park in those places be sure to watch your time and leave rehearsal in time to get back to your car.

Bus: Metro #13 goes along Queen Anne Ave N. You will want to stop at the corner of Queen Anne Ave N and Howe St, which is 1 block from the community center. Go west on Howe. If you stop closer to Trader Joe's, you can walk south an extra block or two until you get to Howe, then turn right and walk 1 block to the community center.

Seattle Thrillers is a 501c3 nonprofit organization. Donations are accepted and are secure on https://seattlethrillers.org. Contributions help to offset the cost of our events. We also support local charities.

Thrill The World Seattle 2023: This year TTW will be at the Queen Anne Ball Field, intersection of W Howe St and 1st Ave W, next to the community center. Registration for it is online only this year. I will not have that form at rehearsals as I have done in the past. The waiver for our TTW event is a different waiver than the one for rehearsals.

Costumes: When selecting your zombie attire for the event, no political themes will be allowed. Doing so would result in us losing our 501c3 nonprofit status.
