The 5th Annual Shellfishing in the South Sound will take place April 27th at noon during a very decent low tide which will afford everyone with a license to harvest a bounty of clams, mussels and oysters. Jay will prepare several dishes with the clams harvested including Linguine Vongole, Cioppino and a large "clambake."
