What we're about

A project of the Secular Coalition for America's Secular Values Voter campaign, this is a collaborative forum for Secular Democrats to organize, discuss, and share ideas to advance a secular agenda within the Democratic party. Our mission is to increase visibility of and respect for nontheistic voters within the Democratic party by developing a strong coalition of individuals prepared to advocate for the separation of church and state within the party.

The goal of this group is to facilitate the submission of secular planks/resolutions at the state level, form secular caucuses/auxiliary groups, find ways to create a space for nonreligious candidates within the party, and educate the parties about the largest and fastest growing constituency of religiously unaffiliated Americans, their secular values, and the issues important to them.
