You: Interested in keeping our product high quality and squishing bugs.

The job:

  • Manually test bug fixes and new features from our developers
  • Maintain and write new automated functional test scripts
  • Keep management informed of a feature's progress
  • Manage code deploys
  • Help improve our development process
  • Fix the occasional bug

This is an entry level full time salaried position on site in San Mateo (although Thursdays you can work from home).

What we're looking for:

  • 0-2 years of professional experience with software testing or software engineering
  • Familiarity with at least one mainstream language. PHP/JavaScript preferred, but Java/C/Python/Ruby/etc. acceptable
  • Familiarity with Selenium/WebDriver and PHPUnit
  • Familiarity with unit testing, functional testing, and other types of testing
  • Familiarity with version control systems. git preferred
  • Familiarity with linux command line. Debian preferred
  • Familiarity with agile, scrum, and continuous deployment a plus
  • Enthusiasm about testing, writing code, software quality, and learning new things
