How much agenda time should a Meetup's host be given, outside of the tech talk?

The facility host of a San Francisco Selenium Meetup is always listed in the SPONSORS block and normally recognized by the Organizer in the Welcome comments. Should the facility host also be given time on the agenda to make a short presentation about the company, its products, etc.?
