In anxious times, self-compassion heals our heart and brings resilience for all the changes and losses we experience. We connect with our life, and others, with more kindness and understanding.
Everyone is welcome. Open Sunday meditations (online every week) include guided meditations, a teaching and group discussion led by Christine Longaker.
