I pray everyday, meditate on occasion (should do it more), practice yoga and Pilates at least once per week. I'm interested in being more consistent with meditation.
I love that I love empowering people. It makes me feel so good to teach someone something that's going to improve their life, especially when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle. I'm open to new things and new ideas. I recently obtained my certification as a Group Fitness Instructor and I'm ready to jump in and start teaching. I work out 4-5 days a week, so I'm not new to fitness but becoming a teacher scares me a little. I've decided to get rid of my goal to work out 4-5 days a week and just commit to being active every day --that's a critical lifestyle change for me.
I'm passionate about living a natural lifestyle and empowering others to live their best life. I look at health and wellness from a holistic approach -mind, body, and spirit. I have been a vegetarian for about 15 months and a vegan for 6 - I love it!
