What we're about

In 2018 this group was named "QC HEALTHY LIVING MEETUP". Because the topics that were most attended were related to SELF CARE, I have decided to update the name and mission statement for this group in 2019. I hope those who are currently members will remain and continue to attend scheduled events. In fact, with a more concise goal in mind, I am optimistic that our members' wants and needs will be better met! (Please let me know if you have ideas or topics of interest to share related to SELF CARE.)

In this group we will come together to learn more about healthy, natural living, mindful & joyous living. Better lifestyle choices will be discussed. Our group goal is to better understand how to take care of ourselves throughout the day and throughout our lives. If we are healthier and happier, our entire life and everybody we impact has the potential to be healthier and more positive, too.

Self Care is not Selfish.

We set the standard for how we expect to be treated.

If we do not take the time to be kind to ourselves, how can we expect others to?

Be nice to you! You're worth it.
