What we're about

This group is for anyone who knows they should be taking better care of themselves but don't know where to start. Discussions and workshops will be based on principles and methodologies from books, thought-leaders, and evidence-based research. Each month we will be focusing on one topic, during weekly meetings we will discuss practical applications and techniques to improve in this area. Throughout the month we will monitor the impact of these applications and openly discuss positive or negative changes we've seen and felt.
