Phoenix Night @ Vela | ladies only sauna

Sorry gentlemen, this one’s for the ladies.

Vela Spa hosts a weekly ladies only sauna event, it’s 2 hours of sweating in their hot and/or IR sauna for $20 (this includes a basket for your belongings and a towel, robe & sarong should you want it). I’d recommend bringing a water bottle and sandals and you’re all set. There’s a shower onsite to rinse, and you may enjoy bringing your favorite body products for afterwards.

Please note! This is a clothing optional space, and while you can wear as much clothing as you’re comfortable in there will be nudity. At the minimum you have to sit on a sarong/towel in the sauna.

There’s a communal space outside by thee shower should you want to bring snacks etc.

I’ll arrive at 6:30pm and start in the steam sauna, but you can hit any and all of it. You will want to be somewhat heat tolerant, although there is the infrared sauna if you’re more sensitive to heat and want something gentler.
