We talk and do Internet-of-Things, Arduino, RaspPi and more. Ranging from projects (Air Quality Egg, Open Thermostat), presentations, events and just getting together to talk. Everybody is welcome: Technical, non-technical or just interested.
After the hugely successful and fun Air Quality Egg project, we are working this year on a new project: The Open Thermostat project. Goal is to design a home thermostat that has loads of possibilities for customization, you can program your self and is based on the Arduino electronics platform.
If you like to know more, be involved or are just curious: Just come to one of our meetups... every third Wednesday of the Month at Glimworm's HQ in Amsterdam (across the road from the Maritime Museum, thanks Jonathan!).
In addition, we want to bring in speakers for each event, who can share their thoughts, experiences and/or wisdom. So if you know someone, let us know.
05:00 - 07:30 - general chat
07:30 : J Carter - The Waag's new Citizen Science project - call for members to participate and invent a new low cost sensor for Air Quality Egg V3
08:30 : (room for another speaker- please contact me)
