What is your history with sewing?

I began sewing with my mother's scraps and a needle and thread. Doll dresses of my own design.

Tell us about your sewing machine(s).

I have an old singer, an older brother, a new Bernina 830, a Bernina 200, and a Baby Lock Serger.

When you make a mistake while sewing, what do you do?

Rip it out and start again!

What's your favorite thing you've ever sewn? Can we see a picture?

I made a skating dress for my daughter years ago. I also made a suit of which I was very proud. I used to sew for necessity, now I sew for fun.

If skill, time, and resources were no issue, what would you sew right now?

I have fabric and pattern for a very cute dress for my granddaughter who is 5.

I am recently retired from the work a day world. I have time to do all the things I want to do.
