The San Francisco International Film Festival ( returns for its 56th edition, presenting 200 films and live events from April 25 through May 9 at venues in San Francisco and Berkeley.

For his performance in the coming-of-age drama "Juvenile Offender," Seo Young-joo became the first Korean and the youngest (14 at the time of the movie's premiere) to win Best Actor honors at the Tokyo International Film Festival.

Synopsis: Upon his exit from a detention center, a young law-breaker meets the woman who gave him up for adoption at age 17.
