How did you hear about our group?

I've organized this group since 2011 and my passion is exactly that: organizing events here and in other situations that bring people together to network and learn. There is no one project I love most. I love how creative people are being about helping and making the world a better place. Tech makes that happen in ways we could have never imagined 10 or 20 years ago.

What's your passion? What social good/technology project are you most excited about?

Right now? Facebook because of the sheer number and range of people who are there.

What do you think are the most effective tech tools for nonprofits?

Community and events, of course, and tech tools like Meetup and Eventbrite make these work even better.

I joined the SFTech4Good organizing team in 2011, and I'm currently at Toyota managing the Mirai Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicle community.

What Regina W. is saying about this Meetup Group

I love the idea of helping nonprofits reach their potential with tech knowledge, training, and resources. It's a great way to help orgs dealing with social change.
