I'm so sorry to hear about another attack - I feel so bad for everyone.  No matter how carefull we are not everything is in our control.  I'm always worried to take little ones out even in front of our own house.  We fortunately don't have any loose dogs in our neighborhood but you just never know.  It only takes a second for a little one to be hurt or killed.  Sending prayers for Val to recover as best as he can.
