In a sentence or two, please tell us a bit about yourself and why you're joining.

A good friend recommended that I attend this group, and it sounds like something I might get something out of, and maybe will be able to contribute something to. So that's why I'm giving it a go. I began having shamanic experiences when I was a kid. Without a culture around me that is supportive, understanding, and knowledgeable about such things, I've learned from personal experiences and exploration. To me, shamanism is experiential, not something you read in a book, or which can be transmitted by a third party. It is something you participate in, or even which happens to you. It is not something you buy and consume. It's something that's part of you, and which you are part of. And it's something meant, even if many shaman live lives apart, to be shared in some way with others.

Do you have prior experience in shamanic journeying? This is recommended for the monthly group, and for some other events here. "Yes," "No," or contact me and let's discuss it. More:
