Looking for a unique location

Hello photographers! This is Les (dude with shoulder length hair) putting out feelers for any and all input.
So, I've got a shoot coming up on the 8th of March and we're looking for a place with lots of old wood walls/backdrops.
Have already done the Marine Stadium, Missile Silo, Train Museum circuit and those won't work due to date conflicts, distances, etc.
If anyone knows of a place somewhere in Miami that fits the description of "character" I'm all ears.
Money wise we have a budget of about $25 and hour that we're willing to pay for up to 5 hours.
Any info helps.

Thanks again good people of Shoot Miami,
