It's time for a singles hike!
Here is the link to the information on Matthews/Winters Park:
There will be a grace period of 15 minutes. You may be on your own if you arrive late, as the cell phone reception may be iffy once we're on the trail (but you can still try calling,[masked]).
Distance: 3 to 5 and 1/2 miles (really depends on how hot it is that day)
Duration: 2 to 3 hours (again, depends on how hot it is)
Difficulty: Easy to Moderate
Directions: From I-70, go south on State Highway 93 (Exit 259) approximately 0.1 mile and turn right at the park entrance on the west side of the road (you'll see a "Matthews Winters Park" sign). The exact location of the parking lot is marked on the map you get by clicking on "Matthews / Winters Park" (in red) above.
What to bring: Water, sunscreen, layered clothing, hat, and a snack.
Apres Hike: We will head over to Baker Street Pub in Belmar (Lakewood) for food and drinks if there is enough interest.
*** This event will be cancelled if there is rain in the forecast. Please check this page before leaving for the event.
***Only requirements for this hike are that you be single and interested in meeting new people. All ages are invited to attend.
