I've borrowed some of the meeting protocol from the Salt Lake City
Agile Roundtable and part of that is that at the end of the meetings
you go around the table and ask people for their "Aha moment".  I
didn't take notes so this is a partial and inaccurate remembrance:

  * Scale matters: transitioning a large group requires significantly
more planning & work than just doing one team.

  * Related: remember The Law of Raspberry Jam (the wider you spread
it the thinner it gets)

  * It can take a lot of work to make sure a team self-organizes the right way

  * The psychology of change is important

Which reminds me, I was supposed to include a mention of one of the
books that came up last night, Cialdini's book on Influence which you
can get in one of two flavors:
