Welcome Ladies! My name is Jess Brighton! (www.jessicabrighton.com) I'm a Life, Adversity and Reinvention coach for women seeking the best for themselves and the most out of life. :)
This group is an extension of my radio show and life coaching services and a way to reach more women face to face in a fun and informal setting. So tell me; do any of these scenarios sound familiar? Do you feel that you've lost your zest for life and are just existing from day to day? Are you dealing with a major challenge or change and feel overwhelmed and alone? Do you have a dream and want to invent yourself but have no idea where to start?
I've been in all three of the situations at different points and felt hopeless. Life handed me lemons and my days seemed pointless and dark. The good news? Every storm cloud has a silver lining and these difficult times actually helped me change my life. I've since made lemonade out of my lemons and am now I am able to inspire other women to find happiness, a positive mindset and lead more fulfilling lives. Our group is a means to get to know one another, be supportive and discuss strategies to cultivate happiness, positivity and overcome the not so fun parts of life. Lets find the silver lining in your storm clouds and make lemonade out of your lemons!!:)
