Karena has a special Yoga for Skiers themed class planned that includes postures to enhance your skiing! We will focus on the areas frequently used in skiing - Quads, Glutes, Core, Hip Flexors, Feet, Ankles, Calves and more!
Yoga can benefit skiers by boosting injury prevention through flexibility. It also improves balance, stability, focus and strength. The class will include poses that you can do on the ski hill just prior to skiing.
Our yoga space at The Block has beautiful views of the Blue River and Buffalo Mountain. What more could you ask for?
All levels are welcome and modifications will be provided.
Complimentary Kombucha, coffee and cookies will be available.
$15 donation (Venmo or cash) Some mats and blocks will be available, but you can also bring your own.
