We would like to bring the joys of boating to new PPCDL holders out there. Boating is not just about owning a boat and driving around aimlessly. We believe that knowing the limits of your boat and what you can do with it will help maximize your enjoyment and your investment. We would also like this meet up to promote boating to non boaters and hopefully convince them to take up this lifestyle.
