Hi All, our next meetup. will be organised together with Ms Kavita of Roti Alka's kitchen.
1. 8.30am Meet at entrance of West Coast plaza
2. 8.40am Yoga practise @ Clementi Woods. (We will be doing 2 types of yoga, a.Surya Namaskar Yoga (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xM3LsgTH4_U) b. Laughing Yoga) c.Grounding
Added info: We will be practising the laughing yoga on another location, which is an open grass field nearby. This is specially arranged so that we do do some Grounding at the same time.
3. 10.00 am Proceed to Roti Alka's kitchen for Brunch
1.Yoga mat will be provided.
2. Do bring sufficient amount of water and dress in comfortable clothing for this Outdoor exercise.
3. You can also choose to come only for either Yoga or Brunch.
4. Pls do not eat at least 2hours before the yoga practise, as the yoga exercise may affects your digestion.
