Fun Light Dance Fitness and Lunch!

Fun Fun Fun is in the Air Again! (FYI. great time last 3x’s :)
$12 for an hour of movement and fun and lunch available afterwards to chat for those who can make it!
I have to lay low this time and won’t be attending, but I wanted to post it anyway because of how much fun others had when they did in the past!

My sister-in-law Deanna Dovel is an amazing light dance fitness instructor and Christian and slowly growing her dance fitness LaBlast business.

You say you've never heard of LaBlast, sure, who has?! LOL.
Let's try something new. You don't need to be fit or know how to dance, it's about moving those bones and just being together!
