Take a few minutes to destress and re-energize your body through a Gong Bath meditation.
When you experience a Gong Bath, you can expect to recline or sit in comfort and do a few relaxation breath exercises. After several calming breaths, the gong playing begins. At first you hear soft throaty gong sounds and as you listen carefully, you become aware of the many tones within one sound. The sounds become louder and louder and wash over and around you, much as you would imagine the roar of a waterfall. It's an amazing experience and, for some people, the gong helps draw out negativity and disharmony.
Occasionally, the sound of the gong produces what some listeners describe as tingling sensations or movement of the energy in the body. On the most basic level, the gong has a great balancing effect on the nervous system.

The cost is $5 per person, payable in cash at the door. Chairs will be provided, but you can bring your own yoga mat and pillow if you want to recline.
