All that will do is 'possibly' let you know you have an email worm. Not
all mail servers will send a reject message to the sender. Plus, the
worm doesn't wait for a receipt before it sends the next email.

Outside of a good anti-virus application that also scans email the best
was is to hover your mouse over the link and look at the bottom left of
the mail client window. If it shows a link like
(http://www.ebay.c...­ stuff here) it's 'probably' okay. If the link
is like this: (http://www.ebay.o...­) it's bad.

Also remember that an email worm is only one type of malware that can
infect your computer.

Part of my job, before I got laid off, was to administer mail servers so
I have an inkling on the subject :)
