- Susan's printed statement is to be added to future events (at bottom of previous email "Clarifications and Expectations")
- Organizers will plan a newcomers' social happy hour monthly or at least quarterly
- Rachel and Judith will rewrite the opening statement on the home page
- Organizers must arrange at least one event every six months in order to continue their assistant organizer privileges
- Organizers are encouraged to add their events to the Kitsap Sun's online event listing
- More Assistant Organizers are wanted and encouraged. If you have ideas, please speak up.
- To help promote our group, go to http://orc.meetup.com... for suggestions. For example, there's a link to Craigslist, or within meetup, and help with getting the word out in the community.
- Print up business cards and pass them around as you see fit (found under files). I print them on card stock, and cut them out from there. Actually, I should have put this on the email sent to everyone, oh well....
- And finally, Please let's keep our messages and thoughts positive and supportive. Its so much more fun. This, too, is aimed at every Boomer, no every person in life.
