Civic Connections Volunteer Fest🎊🎉

Hello all my Meetup peeps. I hope everyone is doing well and in good spirits. Here is an opportunity for those of you who find themselves with free time and is wanting to do more with it. Also, those of you that may be retiring soon, just come out and check out the scene and see what Abq has to offer in the way of volunteering opportunities. You give as much or as little time as you desire. Volunteering is just that, you are not obligated to showing up. If it is however, an organization that has you sign up ahead of time (like RoadRunner), then they will be kind of expecting you to show up. So just be aware of that.

One Abq has a ton of different organizations and agencies under them that is needing/wanting volunteers. So whether you want to work around animals, elderly, children, homeless, there will be an organization out there that could use and would greatly appreciate your time given. Some organizations will require a background check. The tickets to this event is free, but you do need to register for it. They will send the ticket to your email.

So come out, you don't have to sign up for anything. Just see what's out there, and where you think you might be a good fit. Stay well. Love you all. ❤️
