Join us for a calming and immersive experience with singing bowls, designed to help you unwind, release tension, and reconnect with your inner peace. This session uses the soothing vibrations of crystal or metal bowls to support relaxation, mindfulness, and energetic balance.

* **Guided Relaxation** – Light breathing or grounding exercises to prepare the mind and body.
* **Singing Bowl Sound** – A tranquil sound journey using a variety of bowls and tones.
* **Gentle Reawakening** – Time to slowly come back to the present moment.
* **Closing Reflection** – Optional sharing, journaling, or quiet contemplation.
