What we're about
"When you realize nothing is lacking, the whole world belongs to you.”
~ Lao Tzu
Why meditate?
Who is doing the thinking?
Who is the one that is talking?
Who am I? What do I want?
Should have?! Could have!?
Is meditation giving up?
Do we arrive at meditation because we have given up?
Is meditation an act of cowardness?
Am I bypassing something?
How do I stop?
Why provoke, what isn't broken? is it? is it not?
What am I looking for?
How do I let go? How do I cope with loss? How do I learn how to die?
Who are all these voices?
If you have asked yourself any of these questions, you are not alone. I invite you to sit with me, to breathe, contemplate, and observe what this thing is all about; our human condition.
As we arrive at each session, there will be a guided meditation, time to sit, time to breathe, time to contemplate, time to observe, and chat.
What do you need to bring?
