Welcome to a classic (Hatha) Yoga class - characterized by holding steady stretching postures (Asanas) while using full inhalations and exhalations to relax and release into them. With the gentle stretching and "internal massage" of the postures - synchronized with conscious full breathing - you are sure to leave class with increased circulation and a calm, balanced energy.
You may join this class at any level of Yoga experience. Variations of each posture will be introduced to allow students to customize their class.
- Please enter the building by the 15 Marion Street entrance and you will find the class upstairs in room 202.
