Homelessness Outreach - THIS EVENT IS POSTPONED

Hi everyone! Sunday's weather is going to be bad, so we are going to postpone, partly for our sakes and partly because the folks we'd want to help are likely not going to be around and some of the activists and workers we're in contact with are recommending folks on the street to work hard to find temporary or cold weather shelters this weekend. Please watch this post for when we reschedule the day. It will most likely be in January.

We're headed back to The Fallsway in Baltimore to hand out fruit, water, and health kits to our homeless neighbors. Joining us will be Tony Simmons of the homelessness speakers bureau to give us an update on the immediate and long-term needs & news facing Baltimore's homeless community.

If you want to bring bananas, oranges, or water to hand out, please say so in your RSVP! If you can't come but want to donate, please email [masked] to work out a pick-up time!

We'll also need health kit supplies - want to donate any of the following? Email [masked].

In a 1-gallon ziploc bag:
pair of socks
travel-size or medium toothpaste
packet of wet wipes
bar of soap in a plastic bag
lotion and/or hand sanitizer
3-5 feminine products (women’s kits)
