If you like to Skate on Ice , Rollerblading or play Ice Hockey, this is the group for you.

This  Group SKATE & HOCKEY, if you like this winter to practice  ice skating or play ice hockey, please join this group, will we have leisure skating at differences locations like  Colonel Samuel Smith Park, Dufferin Grove Park, Giovanni Cabato, High Park, Kew Gardens, Nathan Phillips Square and Harbourfront Centre Natrel Rink.

Plus Shinny Ice Hockey games and Full gear games at Chesswood Arena and Scotiabank Pond Arena.

Waiver

Skate & Hockey the Organizers, Event Hosts and Leaders assume ABSOLUTELY NO responsibility, including but not limited to injury or loss of any kind/form due to the use of information, or participating in activities found on this group/site.
By becoming the member/participant of Skate & Hockey, Meetup Group or one of the Organizers, you agree to the terms and conditions of the group.

I understand that during my participation in any Event or Activity organized by Skate & Hockey Meetup Group, I may be exposed to risks include, but are not limited to, the dangers of serious personal injury, property damage, and death (“Injuries and Damages”).

I agree to WAIVE, DISCHARGE CLAIMS, AND RELEASE FROM LIABILITY the Skate & Hockey Meetup Group, the Organizers, Event Hosts and Leaders from any and all liability on account of, or in any way resulting from Injuries and Damages, in any way connected with the Activity.

I further agree to HOLD HARMLESS the Skate & Hockey Meetup Group, the Organizers, Event Hosts and Leaders from any claims, damages, injuries or losses caused by my own negligence while a participant on the Activity.

I understand and intend that this assumption of risk and release is binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, and includes any minors accompanying me on the Activity.

If I bring guest(s) to participate in the event, I take full responsibility of the guest(s) and agree to all above terms and conditions.

PHOTOS OF THE ACTIVITIES:

While participating in the group activities, your photo may be taken and be posted on the group website by the event organizer or other participant(s). We cannot control other people taking photos and uploading it on to the site but we can remove photos. It is your responsibility to inform others if you do not wish to be photographed and inform us if any of your photos need to be removed from the site.

I have read this document in its entirety and I freely and voluntarily assume all risks of such Injuries and Damages and notwithstanding such risks, I agree to participate in the Activity.
