They are an investment initially, but kettlebell training is dynamic and helps develop coordination, strength, body awareness, and rather than working a muscle or two in isolation, kettlebells work multiple muscle groups in each exercise.
This type of training can be adapted to an individual's goals. If your goal is building muscle, we can design your workout as low-repetition, higher-weight. For those looking to tone, we adapt for more reps, lower weight.
