Galatea Lakes is a popular trail with great scenery. The hike crosses bridges over Galatea Creek and passes beautiful waterfalls. The dirt trail is mostly sheltered up to Lillian Lake. The next section up to the Galatea Lakes is steep with loose rocks and wind. We will have a birthday toast when we take a break. Expect to post hole up to the ridge above the lower lake

This trip is weather dependent. Check the website the morning of the trip to make sure it has not been cancelled.
