What we're about
Small Business Network of Sacramento (SBNS) is a collaborative group of local small business owners whose mission is to build strong community partnerships, quality referral leads, and business connections to mutually benefit the businesses of its members.
WHAT WE DO:
SBNS will meet twice a month either virtually or in-person for business-related meetings and activities. In one meetup, each member will have an opportunity to give a 45-sec "elevator speech" that introduces who you are, your company, and the best type of referral for your business. The meeting will then allow for up to 2 people to conduct a PowerPoint presentation of their business in more detail, so members can learn of your business concept and your needs for quality referrals and collaboration.
In our second meetup for the month, we will have a mix n' mingle business mixer, which will be held once a month at various TBD locations in the Sacramento area. The mixers will give members a chance to socialize and learn of other local business in the area. The event will typically have 1 or 2 activities, including speed networking, to help break the ice and engage members in business networking activities.
SBNS is on a mission to foster meaningful and mutually beneficial business collaborative engagements with other local business to help grow our business through effective networking, referrals, and community engagement. As the old saying goes, it is not what you know, but who you know when it comes to the success of any business. SBNS was birthed out of the need to unite local small businesses in the Sacramento area with engagements that are focused-driven, relevant, and effective at scaling our business and maximizing its potential, both in revenue and community awareness.
