Warm up before you are ready to run between your current Marathon-5k race pace @ 6:30. Every Tu. night, intervals, tempo runs, hills, depending on season. Always fun, sometimes breath taking, lung aching, legs shaking, yet always fun, fun, fun!
Beginning April 30th, the workout moves to back to the beautiful Newport Beach Back Bay. Make sure to bring hydration. If you RSVP to the meetup you should get an email with any updates.
