    Our weekly Running Club fun run meets at the Mission Viejo store. We go out and back on the Aliso Creek Trail for approximately one hour or less. Most people will run 4 to 6 miles; some a little less, some a little more. We range from true snails to all-out racers, from ultra-distance mileage monsters to 5K cruisers.     Leader: Michael Tang Location: Meet outside Paul Mitchell School and OC Mix Farmer's Market on Sunflower Ave., Costa Mesa. 3309 Hyland Ave, Costa Mesa, CA 92626 About the Run: Flat out-and-back along the Santa Ana River Trail. It’s about 12 miles round trip to the beach where there are restrooms, water (and ocean views!) but you can always tailor the distance to your needs. Follow Sunflower until the road ends. Continue straight onto the sidewalk (see yellow dashed line on the path) until you reach the riverbed trail. Check carefully for cyclists before turning left onto the trail. There is water at Moon Park, about a mile from the start of the run. Restrooms and water are at HB State Park, just under 6 miles from the start of the run. Continue on the path toward the HB pier. Run as long or short as you like.     Foothill Plaza is on Portola Parkway at Glenn Ranch Road. Several all-dirt routes on the Serrano Creek Trail are possible, starting from Starbucks in Foothill Plaza, either down the trail towards Trabuco or up into Whiting Ranch Wilderness Park. Join us after the run as we rehydrate and refuel.

    Meet in the parking lot between Ted's Place and La Paz Road. We head around the corner and run on the roads and trails in Laguna Niguel Regional Park for about an hour. Longer distances are possible in nearby Aliso and Wood Canyons Wilderness Park. Some of us stay after the run for brunch. Join us!
