Hey everyone!
We are excited to announce your next meet up here in San Diego! This is EXCLUSIVE to Subto, Gator and TopTier TC Community Members and NOT open to the public. Our aim is to get our communities to work together and collaborate on a regular basis. We want to pour our time and resources into helping and gathering our communities instead of to the open public.
We hope you can join us at one of Adam Catledge's properties here in San Diego. Adam is in Owners Club and is the founder of The Patriot Capital Group. He is on a mission to help solve the lack of affordable housing across America. His vision is to create thousands of affordable, community oriented housing units. He is currently acquiring a 24 unit with Pace that he will convert into Co Living housing. Of course as always bring your questions and be prepared to bring your Have's and Wants to the table.
