Italian Festival - 2 Day Event Sept. 22nd & 23rd

This 2 day event is at the club's facilities at 32 Old Farms Road Avon CT. The first day is Friday September 22, 4 pm – 9 pm and the second day is Saturday September 23, 11 am – 9 pm.

This family- friendly event will feature a taste of Italy with locally made foods, cultural demonstrations, Free Live Music, Italian Car Showcase, contests and games (including Bocce).

Food booths will include Fried Dough, cannoli, Italian cookies, meatball grinders, PTS Italian dipping oil and Italian ice. Authentic New Haven style pizza will be served by Zuppardi's Apizza of West Haven. Italian coffees served by Coffeeology.

Activities on Saturday include a meatball eating contest and the great grape stomping contest as well as Limoncello and ricotta cheese making.

Live entertainment on Friday features The Savage Brothers Band, a staple in Connecticut and throughout New England since 1984. On Saturday we will have a famous Italian dance group Sorelle D'Italia in America, Vittorio Di Carlo "The Graceful Tenor" and special Italian singer Cristina Ella, and to finish off the night, the 10 piece classic rock band Johnny Six Gun.

Admission is free and all are welcome.

All parking will be off premises.

Shuttle Bus information:
Parking is available at Residence Inn back parking lot on Ensign Drive, Avon. Friday 4 pm - 9 pm. Saturday 11 am - 9 pm. Last bus leaves PTS at 9:15 pm.
