After the last sold out event at Google Campus, we are back at Twitter’s London Headquarters. This time we are looking at how social data is used to detect global trends, views and insights.
We have a great mix of speakers at this event. They range from a social graph entrepreneur to the head of analytics from a major UK newspaper group. This is one not to be missed!

Azeem Azhar is the founder of PeerIndex, which provided influencer and audience analytics across social networks by applying novel machine learning techniques to the social graph. PeerIndex was acquired by Brandwatch in December 2014.
Chris is Head of Analytics and Insights for The Guardian Newspaper Group.
Alasdair Rae is a Senior Lecturer in Urban Studies and Planning at the University of Sheffield. His recent work has focused mainly on understanding the links between search and future economic activity in the housing market, and understanding the potential links between search and election outcomes in the UK, Denmark and Canada. His wider academic research focuses on cities and neighbourhoods and involves the interrogation of large datasets using geographic information systems.
