Couch to 5K Training Session! Walkers & Joggers Welcome. Please don't be intimidated. I'm 53 have a broken vertabra, recent knee surgery and just got over a case of plantar faciitus. I won't setting any records. We all go at our own pace. The goal of this exercise is for each of us to improve our condition and to support each other doing so. See you out there!!
We can go in groups or at our own pace. Whatever works for you.
I plan on meeting on Thursdays and Sundays at 6 pm both days. The app calls for 3-4 days per week. You can do as little or as much as you like. We will be meeting twice a week for those who are training, so you can do the other sessions on your own
Remember to bring your sneakers and some water!
It really doesn't matter what APP you use. I use the one by "Active" but Zen Planner has a good one too.
