What programming languages are you most proficient in?

My original (other than BASIC :-) language of choice was C (I was a Unix kernel programmer), then C++. Java, obviously. Did a lot of PHP and Perl work in the .bomb days. Interested in Ruby and the generation of languages beyond this that are emerging now. My favorite language is probably Eiffel, as an abstract concept if not a production code runtime.

Introduction

Long time software engineer and architect. Work for a large financial services firm in the bay area as an architect.
