10 Years at Persoft. Wrote a bridge core with full spanning tree.

I write assembly code and good old ANSI C...

A Madison start-up in the drone software space is looking for an experienced Java developer. We are building a distributed system supporting field operations for one of the fasted growing industries in the world.  The ideal candidate will have a least five years experience developing desktop applications in Java or C++.   If you are interested in building technical solutions and designs and delivering robust, clearly documented code, we'd love to talk to you.

 

Required skill set:

· Experience leading junior team members

· Hands-on background working in a cloud computing environment

· Comfortable working in an unstructured environment

· Expertise in all phases of the development lifecycle

· Desire to learn new technologies, patterns, and trends

 

Good to have:

· Android experience

· Background with NoSQL databases, CouchDB preferred.

· Familiarity with geospatial databases.
