Local TISQA Software Testing Conference - Feb 29, 2012, The Friday Center, Chapel Hill

From: Bob G.
Sent on: Saturday, December 3, 2011 9:04 AM

Hi everyone!

For the 6th year, our local TISQA group ( and is providing truly world-class software testing conference event in our local area. One of the things that set this event apart is the speakers and the content. The TISQA folks reach out to nationally recognized speaker and invite them to come to RTP to share. To name a few, we have Rob Sabourin, our own Jared Richardson, Karen Johnson, Lynn McKee and Nancy Kelln.

You get the best of both worlds— the quality of a national conference and the cost and convenience of a local event.

The conference has tracks focused on traditional and agile testing techniques. We'll also explore test automation. And we'll have a vendor expo where you'll be exposed to leading edge testing tools and ideas. To be clear, this is not simply a testing conference, but Project Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, and yes, even Software Developers will find the content and ideas relevant for their ongoing improvement.

To register and for more information -

While I'm surely biased, I strongly encourage all of you to come. It will be a great learning experience as we Leap into 2012. Please pass this around to interested colleagues throughout your organization.

Bob Galen

PS: This Now’s the time from a 2011 budget usage or 2012 budget planning perspective to factor in coming to the conference. Our Early Bird is in-play too. Given previous conference demand, be sure to get your place in the action soon…
