Announcing a new Meetup for TISQA!

What: Agile Testing in the Carolinas - go to for Brochure & Registration

When: March 16, 2009 7:00 PM

Where: Click the link below to find out!

Meetup Description: The Triangle Information Systems Quality Association (TISQA) is sponsoring our annual Software Testing conference on March 16 & 17, 2009.

This year's event theme is Agile Testing in the Carolinas. Our program surrounds topics that are relevant for:

• Traditional testers and managers who are looking for ideas to test better and faster
• Software Developers who are looking for ideas surrounding Unit and Test-Driven Development techniques in Agile and non-Agile contexts
• Agile testers who are looking to take their `game' to the next level
• Development and Test Managers and Directors who are looking for better methods to deliver high quality & value—quickly!

We think the conference program has something value for all of you.

We're also honored to have invited Keynotes and Tutorials by Lisa Crispin, Janet Gregory and Michael Bolton—

Lisa Crispin (ePlan Services) & Janet Gregory (Dragonfire)
Lisa and Janet have literally written the book on Agile Testing, which was published by Addison Wesley in January 2009. Both are extremely respected and qualified agile testers. Lisa was also co-author of the 2002 XP Testing book that, to this day, serves as the leading advice for testers working in XP contexts.

Michael Bolton (Developsense)
Michael is a contributing editor to Better Software magazine and a well know author, teacher, and writer on testing topics with a specialization on Exploratory Testing. He's a co-author of James Bach's Rapid Software Testing – Exploratory Testing course and is extremely well respected in our community.

In these tough economic times, we're extremely pleased to bring a World Class, cost-effective testing program right here to the heart of North Carolina. Please pass this around to your boss, colleagues and friends.

For conference and registration information go to: http://tisqa.qaichapt... and download a copy of our brochure. It contains full program information and links for conference registration.

We're looking forward to seeing you at Agile Testing in the Carolinas!
