**FREE- 30 Minutes to Reconnect, Regulate, and Restore**
Take a mindful pause in the middle of your day to reset your nervous system and return to a calm, grounded state.
In this 30-minute class, we’ll use guided, body-based meditation and a series of gentle somatic exercises designed to help you release stress and reconnect with ease.
You'll be guided through 3–4 simple practices to regulate your nervous system—leaving you feeling more relaxed, open, and restored.
You're welcome to hop off after the 30 minutes or stay a little longer for Q&A. Just be sure to arrive on time so you can follow along with the full experience.
