Yin/Yang Every Friday with Anita (open to all levels)

Yin/Yang (open to all levels) the first half of this class will be what I call a mini-Yin in that we hold postures for 3 minutes to get to the connective tissue, ligaments, tendons and joints in releasing tension and blocked prana (energy) as a warm up. The second half of the class will be a Yang style of standing postures to now target muscles with strength and stretch. always a favorite
